I use lemon or apple cider vinegar, a little garlic powder, and onion salt. don't use dressings that are high in sugar.
And remember no oil.

A salad dressing my hubby loves and me too is 1t.vinegar, 1 pkt. stevia, and 1/2 t. garlic powder. Awesome!!! I marinated some tomatoes in it and it is the bomb!

Another one the hub likes is take 3 to 4 strawberries, 3 T apples cider vinegar, and a stevia pkt. or two. put it all in a blender and mix it really good.

There is another one for as the first one, you just add a t. milk and some oregano to taste. I marinated some fish in that and it was good.
Hope this helps!
