Author Topic: not losing any weight for 5 days  (Read 827 times)

It's been 5 days and I have not lost any weight but I am losing inches. The problem is when I get on the scale and I don't see a change, I get really depressed and feel like I'm failing. Does anyone feel that way and what do you do about it. Thanks!

I think we all get frustrated when we don't see a drop on the scale.  Have you tried the apple day.  If you go 4 days without a loss you should eat several apples only for the day.

Your fat is most likely redistributing. I've had such days and they are usually followed by a large loss in a few days. Keep your chin up and just stick to it.

you can't have coffee on the apple day.  You even have to limit water as much as you possibly can.  The point of it is to drop water weight.  So. from 12pm-12pm you can only have 6 apples and very little water.
